Long working hours, experience, a proven quality control system, and good supervision allows us to complete our jobs ahead of schedule. Much of our exterior work is completed with two coats with a back roll on each coat where needed.

Steamboat Springs, Colorado
Date: Sept. 20, 2015 - Oct. 2, 2015
Utilized six boom lifts and two crews of 9 painters to complete a 465,000 sq. ft. private, slopeside condominium resort building. Powerwashed, primed siding, and applied two coats of paint to all areas.
Winter Park, Colorado
Date: Jul. 15, 2015 - Jul. 30, 2015
Project Details: Classic Painting was required to paint 1/2 of the Village during summer busy season. Powerwashed, prepped, and stained all areas to match existing colors (15 colors). Back-rolled where necessary. Utilized crew of 9 painters and a non-working supervisor on-site at all times.
Date: May 1, 2015 - May 25, 2015
Project Details: Replaced cedar siding in several areas around five buildings. Powerwashed and stained all cedar siding, trim, log railing, and decks through property. Classic Painting's second opportunity to complete project; first time was in 2010.
Nebraska City, Nebraska
Date: Jul. 5, 2014 - Jul. 26, 2014
Project Details: Powerwashed all cedar and applied semi-transparent stain to all areas using multiple Nifty Lifts and 50' ladders. The building was occupied by guests and the project was completed within three weeks using one crew of 8.
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Date: Oct. 15, 2014 - Dec. 15, 2014
Project Details: Powerwashed, prepped metal, floor grinding, applied primer, and backrolled four coats on siding. Applied Neogard systems on floors. Prepped and painted metal railings. Replaced screens throughout twelve, 4-story buildings. Utilized 4 to 5 crews (six to twelve man crews). Four site-supervisors were required throughout the project process on seven-day work weeks.
